Lido Veal & Lamb's new gas-flushed finished packaging adapts the fundamentals of freshness to new technology.
Under development for eight years, the unique Lido packaging utilizes the new modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and a special combination of gases with barrier film and trays, so microbiologically clean that it can achieve up to a two week shelf life.
Projecting an upscale and appetizing image, the packaging makes our veal and lamb as convenient and versatile as other case-ready meat products, but far more eye catching and appealing.
And, every package includes an easy to follow, mistake proof recipe to enhance consumer trial and confidence in their purchase.
